At Unique Pathfinders, all our products are new and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics errors, defects or problems may occur and we'll do our very best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Some of our products are shipped out with an international warranty, so if the shipment was defective due to the manufacturer, kindly contact us and we'll assist you right away. If however the defect is from our end, we'll have it exchanged for a new one.

Suppose you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not present itself to you as advertised. In that case, Unique Pathfinders will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging, including all accessories/manuals of the said product.

Printed materials are on an order basis so they can’t be cancelled or refunded, Adhesive tapes cannot be returned once opened or used, all orders will be processed after the 100% payment confirmation.

Please be advised that we may need to request a photo or a short video showing the defect/damage on the products received, as it is a requirement from merchants for refund/replacement and quality purposes.

You can request a return (including the photo/short video) by contacting us through the phone, Live Chat, or sending a ticket within 5 calendar days of your delivery. The item(s) will be picked up conveniently for both.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received & checked by us. Refunds may take 7 - 10 business days.
